Györgyi Buocz
A comercially-focused leader, specializing in strategy, marketing and transformation. Having held management roles in various Consumer and Med Tech companies over the past 16 years.
Györgyi has a proven track record of building long and mid-term strategies for various A-brands and complex categories, resulting in growth of +5-10% year on year with a constantly increasing bottom line.
Her curious nature leads her to be passionate about listening to consumers and customers, and she has extensive experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative market research, which forms the foundation of the strategies she provides.
Györgyi has launched over 20 products and digital services, including various first-of-a-kind, disruptive solutions, many of which have become award winners after launch. She has experience in all phases of the product development and launch process.
Györgyi is constantly seeking ways to improve and optimize processes, teamwork, and efficiency. She has initiated and led various organizational building projects in previous roles, resulting in improved ways of working, more clarity, and better communication between departments, ultimately leading to higher efficiency within the organization and better well-being for employees.
Györgyi holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Corvinus University of Budapest.
